If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how to run a business. This place gets constantly shut down for allowing underage drinking. I had an event planned for $500 and never received my money back when they cancelled on me, which seems to be a common trend. I’ve asked for months to receive MY MONEY BACK and get greeted by employees that don’t know anything. Jeff and Ashley are money hungry SCAMMERS. If you feel like losing money these are the people to call.

The staff at 24karatstudios were very professional, prompt, and communicated effectively. The photographer Mackenzie who was sent to take photos and the video at my event was one of a kind. He felt like family. I recommend 24karatstudios to anyone looking for videography and photography services!

I booked for 800$ and they got shut down by plantation and canceled a day before my event, I waited 3 months for a refund and I still haven’t gotten one they are ignoring my text and calls the workers have blocked me and told me they have no contact with Ashley the boss it’s unprofessional and they will scam and take your money I’m opening a case against this company
