When our original, CO based photographer, had to cancel our wedding shoot we were slightly stressed to say the least. Luckily she got us connected with Sarah who flew in to save the day! Not only did Sarah come a few days early to ensure safe and timely travels to CO (you never know what the weather will bring in Oct), but her husband also flew in to serve as our second shooter. We met on the day of the wedding and I instantly felt at ease. Sarah is so warm and inviting. She brings a sense of professionalism, wrapped up in her kind personality, that just simply flows with the moments of the day. I trusted her vision and had no concerns that our photos would be amazing. I am pretty particular about photography (composition, lighting, particular shots I was hoping to get for a traditional walk down the aisle, etc.). The day flew by and Sarah and her husband fit right in. Our dog even fell in love!

The night of the wedding, I got a text from Sarah with a whole set of black and white teaser photos that were incredible. Not only did they put me further at ease knowing our photos would all be beautiful, but it was just an amazing way to put a bow on an already amazing night. We were also able to use one of the photos for our Thank You cards. The rest of our photos were delivered within the timeframe given, and Sarah made any edits I requested right away!

We love our photos that so perfectly captured our special day and loved working with Sarah!! I highly recommend her for many reasons.

Sarah Burke was the BEST on our wedding day! She of course did amazing with our photos, but she also served in so many ways even beyond photography. She helped keep everything on schedule (we were WAY ahead of schedule, which was largely thanks to her!), worked amazing with all my other vendors, and was overall such a joy to have at the wedding. She even sent us sneak peaks the very same night! Our photos came back shortly after our one week honeymoon, which was quicker than expected! I’m so so thankful we went with her to capture our special day, and I can’t wait to book her again to capture all the other special moments in life!
