We had senior pictures today and Jaz was our photographer. She did a fabulous job! She was kind and helpful with different poses for my niece. She was patient and understanding as we had a few wardrobe changes. We got so many amazing pictures today. We are so happy with the way today went. We could not have accomplished it without our awesome photographer and wonderful staff Isaiah, Vilma and Coach H!

Make sure if you order a class ring that you are willing to wait months for it if there are any issues. They do not express orders even if it was an error on their part when designing your ring. Alot of money to end up only wearing it for the last few months of your senior year.

Today was an amazing day at Herff Jones for my daughter’s senior pictures! Our photographer, Jazz, was awesome and had such patience and attention to detail when taking all our photos. She was very friendly and helped with pose ideas! The whole experience was unforgettable! Every staff member was helpful and fantastic! Thank you, Coach H, Jaz, Isaiah and Vilma! Horrible experience trying to order photos for my middle school students. Had to go back and forth several times with customer service when someone finally emailed me back. Thought the issue was fixed but still didn't work. Gave up for a month. Then I see a promo code come through and tried to use it and it doesn't work. Emailed again and of course the promo code is only for the weekend and no one answers emails. I hope my kids school goes back to lifetouch. They have things working perfectly. If you are going to use HJ be prepared for issues just trying to place orders. Very disappointed.
Update: They made good on their promo. The code didn't work but they refunded the amount of the discount.

Got my daughter's senior pics taken here, whole experience was 5 stars. Front office girls were really nice and pleasant. Our photographer Bryan was awesome! he was really detailed and patient.

I took my son for his senior pictures, and Brian took our pictures he was outstanding, amazing, and his service was exceptional . Anyone that needs their picture taken I recommend Brian and this company was great.
