Didn't catch the guys name the first time we went but I seen someone say it was Kevin so hopefully because was very helpful with setting up an appointment after we came in with questions. I was so worried the day of because of course my daughter decides to be crabby all morning. But once we got set up and started it went wonderful. Talia was so great working with her and was so patient while still getting so many great shots of us along with us trying to pick the photos we wanted from our package. It was our first time coming and it was definitely a great experience.

I loved the experience I had with the Picture People on today! This was my first time doing business with them so I was a little hesitant. I took holiday photos with my one year old daughter and the photographer (Talia) was AMAZING! She engaged with my daughter and made her feel comfortable, she was very personable, and she did not make me feel like I was at an auction when it was time to pay. The establishment was clean and and she had everything ready. I’ve already booked my next shoot with her for my daughters 2nd Birthday next year! Highly recommend the Orland Park Picture People!

Picture People in Orland Park Mall is a great place to have photos taken. The digital background choices are a lot of fun! We've had our photographer Talia several times, and she is fantastic. She is friendly and extremely patient. Talia is meticulous and does a stellar job staging pictures and posing my rambunctious kids. She is eager to incorporate personal props, too. Talia also does a phenomenal job editing pictures. I often love her digital background choices more than my own!

Pros:
The photographers are friendly and great with children. They really capture wonderful images and know how to position families. I was able to get an amazing package for a fraction of what it would've cost with a independent photographer. There were also enough props and backgrounds to satisfy exactly what I wanted.

Cons:
We got there early but for no real reason they started us extremely late, we didn't know what was going on. There was an entire issue with me rescheduling that could've been resolved if they allow you to do it online. My deposit was not refunded as started online. I felt VERY rushed. My digital downloads didn't work because of a glitch.

Talia was sooo great! She got the best shots for my one year old sons nautical theme! She set everything up beautifully and was patient and made my son laugh! The digital backdrops are amazing and the props are a huge plus!!!! I will definitely be coming back!!
