Had this Canon camera and lens that two years,ago neighbor through into trash when moved out along with box of film developing stuff. Wrote them first to see if interested. Answered with a quote. Short drive and was there. Knowledgeable employee. Told value of all that had. They took what they could use. Even through in film developing stuff before just taking to Goodwill to another employee for free knowing it will be used. All in all good place. Lots of parking. Easy to find. Pays in check or store credit. Got good fair prices for my stuff. They took the good and I gave the rest to Goodwill the sameday. So everyone made out good with dealing with this place. Friendly and knowledgeable. Straight and upfront deals. Made my day to make money and give someone else a chance at this equipment neighbor cleaning company called trash.

I wanted to check this store for some time and finally did it today. The first impression was awesome. My interactions with Mark were fantastic, and he is a knowledgeable person and provides expert and honest guidance. They have a wide range of cameras and the stellar collection. The camera I wanted to rent was not available at that time, so I will have to return next week to Rey it out. This is a perfect local shop to shop for a camera either to buy or rent to Rey it out before you buy. The rental prices are decent and affordable. They have tons of accessories for the photographer like tripod, flashes, background studio screens, portable screens, etc. No upselling and very honest responses. I will try the rental, and once I buy it, I will post more reviews about it. But make sure to check this place. They do have photo printing options and photography classes also.

I stopped in to drop off my first set of film (in 20 years) to be developed an hour before they closed on a Saturday and I got an email with my scanned picture files in 40 minutes. Amazing service. The staff was polite and professional and did not talk down to me despite being a beginner.

Highly recommend! I stopped in wanting to check out some used cameras to play around and take photos of myself (nothing serious) and the guy showed me a few cameras that were so reasonably priced! I ended up going with this $70 Nikon camera, and I’m speechless! The photo quality for this older camera is great! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade my camera!

John is incredibly kind and knowledgeable! He was able to answer questions when I was on the market for a new camera and helped diagnose and fix a lens. I have since moved and am closer to B&H in Manhattan, but I still prefer the service and personableness of Jack's Camera - it truly can’t be beat.
