Very bad experience. The staff was not professional did not communicate on the process. Took another customer ahead of my daughter, wouldn’t help with the cap and gown, didn’t go over the proofs as it was done with the other clients. Made me feel it was a color thing. If it wasn’t for the school I wouldn’t have never went there and wouldn’t and don’t recommend this place for anything. If I could rate less than one star I would. Any business if you are spending money as everyone else you should get treated the same and receive the same type of service.

An update, I contacted the manager and told him about my experience and he was very helpful with getting the matter resolved. My daughter first set of pictures did not come out good, so he retook them. Great guy was very understanding and made the experience good the second time around, so they get 3 stars.

We did my sons senior pictures a while back. While lots of the pictures turned out great I had a few issues worth mentioning. The water mark across his face in several shots was frustrating. If I’m about to spend several hundred dollars on senior pictures I’d like to see his smile and eyes before I select the individual prints. The next issue I ran into was all his cap and gown pictures were tacky. His white collar was on top of his cords. In the close up pics it was glowing obvious and made the photographs not worth sharing. In the full body poses the collar issue was less obvious but the tennis shoes and jeans stuck out with the tux collar at the top.
I did give a few stars because the picture process was pretty easy and efficient. Order the pics was simple as once I decided I’d have to just risk the water mark shots and hope they came out okay. I loved the announcements I got from you guys. So not everything was a bad experience. If you could just work on the water marks, making sure they don’t cover the facial features that moms might use to determine if her child’s smile is authentic or fake and if your staff would pay a little more attention to the smaller details like the collars, Id have given you all 5 stars.
