I brought my daughter for the Christmas session with Santa. The overall Santa experience was 5 stars. Both he and his wife were so very kind and personable with my daughter. The photographer and staff were all also very nice as well. The 2 star rating is due to the astronomical price to purchase the photos. The session cost was $75, and to download the photos it is an additional $300. Even the prints start at $10 per print which is outrageous. To receive one single digital of a photo is $50 (lo-res) and $80 (original). I hope this pricing information helps provide transparency for those wanting to book in the future to avoid the same disappointment that I currently have. I tried locating this information on their website before booking, but of course they do not list it there. I booked anyway figuring it can’t be that bad. UGH. I have purchased Christmas mini sessions in the past with another studio, and the backdrops and setups were 1,000x higher quality, along with the editing, and those sessions were around $200 to download all photos. In my opinion, the price at Christmas City Studios is not at all worth the quality of photos. We unfortunately will not be returning.

Our experience at Christmas City Studio at the Bethlehem location for our daughter's senior pictures. When scheduling the appointment the customer service was very helpful and answered my questions, explained what to expect during our senior session. The day of our appointment we were very satisfied. Jeff our photographer was very professional, he asked what we had in mind and gave us ideas. He was very creative and nice to work with. When we returned to view our portraits and place our order Karen was very wonderful to work with, she took the time to help us with our portrait selections. We would highly recommend Christmas City Studio.

I took my son for his Senior pictures at the Christmas studio in Bethlehem Pa. This was an emotional day for me because I can’t believe my baby is a senior. I have to say from check in to pictures the process was so smooth and pleasant! At the front Linda and Jenna were amazing! I wanted to upgrade my package at the moment and they were great! Then pictures! Mason was the best!!!!!!! We laughed, he was attentive. He cared about what I wanted and what my son wanted and made the process so great! Which was a weight lifted because it was emotional process for me! I recommmend Mason!!!!!! Thank you Christmas studio!

I'm very upset with the quality of my children's school photos this year (grades 3 and 6). The side angle is awkward. The fact that we cannot choose from at least two or three pictures and must prepay is a business model I haven't appreciated. Photos in the past taken from the front not the side were much better (all previous years were front facing). It would be helpful if the photographers waited until the children smiled. The photos this year seem rushed with little attention to detail. For example, my son made a choice to have his sweatshirt on. I get that the photographers shouldn't have to ask him to remove it, but they could have suggested it be straightened so the logo was not facing inward showing the backside, fuz of the logo. My youngest, whose picture is terrible, will refuse a retake because he gets stressed about missing class. I believe overall that the quality of school photos and attention to detail has decreased. I am very disappointed and will not be pre-ordering in the future.

This studio does Quakertown and they are great! They were so helpful when ordering my Son's senior photos!! I also did family portraits there and they turned out fantastic. The staff is amazing to work with.

I truly appreciate this place. The staff is so professional, and they make the setup quick and easy. I also love how each room has its own unique beauty. It really creates a wonderful atmosphere.
