Can only say how disappointed I was to receive my children's school pictures. Apart from the cost being nigh on extortionate for a handful of pictures ( which you would accept for top quality photos) these are below substandard. The method they've used is a quick one in one out, the smiles aren't natural. Nothing about the photos are good in the way they capture your child, one of my children have glasses and instead of repositioning him or the camera he looks like he doesn't have eyes. It's shameful that a company is willing to charge a premium price for a photo that would've been taken better on most smart phones, I'm hoping to obtain a refund as this isn't what you pay for.

I can’t exactly fault the quality of the images, but a five-week turnaround time is atrocious. The packages, too, aren’t exactly good value for money, but it is what it is. There are definitely better studios out there that could quite easily provide schools with a better service.

Amazing service, my photos was lost by royal mail, I rang colorfoto an they arrange a special delivery and i received them within 2 days.

Just received code through for my daughter's photos of her first year in school. Awful photos, not too sure if I want to order at those prices. Only three photos, one is totally not useable as my daughter looks crazy in it. Obviously no encouragement given to children with a quick one in one out system. Really gutted.

Prices have always been steep for a school photos... but this year they have really piled on the cost and reduced significantly the amount of pics you get for your money. Frustratingly, this is a captive clientele, I certainly will petition the school to seek a more reasonable photographer in future. Really disappointed in Colorfoto

I gave an extra star back on my review because this year in fairness the images captured show off more of my kids personality.

Absolutly shocking photos ordered tjem though as its my childs last year in primary to then be charged delivery when i chose free delivery to school emailed them had no reply. Then my photos arrived only 2 photos mind !!!!!!! Even though i ordered the family pack A+ so i phoned them the most obnoxious arrigant worker answered who had nothing but attitude amd couldnt help me until the order date was up i would advise anyone AGAINST ordering with these as theul take your money and wont give you what you actually ordered! Awful company awful quality and even WORSE custumer service i jave ever experienced !!!!!!

It's been just over a month and still photos haven't arrived at the school. I spoke with a lady on the phone who told me they will be there before the end of term, I explained that my son won't be there the last day of term as we are going away, her response was "il let the guy know" and ended the call.

Complete waste of time and unprofessional, I highly doubt the photos will be there in time so my son won't receive his.

I will recommend to the school not to use this company, I've had photos previous years that I couldn't buy due to being so bad.

Received my sons photo with a blue line across his face but in the previews there was no blue mark on his face.

Never again will I order from this company.

Used access code as soon as it was sent home and wasn’t able to opt to have photos delivered to the school. Had to pay an extra £5 on top of the already high photo prices to get it delivered to the house.
The schools need to stop allowing these companies to take advantage like this.
