It isn't worth the drive if you don't live near this place, Secondly you better off going to jc penny with the prices and little amount of pictures they give you. The music is so loud you can't even hear the front desk person, I asked twice if they could lower the music I was told they aren't allowed to do that. It's unorganized, the girl at the front is doing literally 4 jobs at the same time, the picture area is open and small. There are people passing as you are in the middle of talking pictures and the photographer has to stop to let people pass. Never again will I do pictures here. We really wanted christmas pictures, so we were forced to use a background we didn't really want. We were stopped in the middle of taking our pictures to have a lady and her kid take pictures and then we resumed our pictures.

Update: They saw this review and canceled my pictures and I will be taking legal actions for loss damages and more. They did me a favor, but because of how very persistent I am going to make an example out of this business.
I REPEAT PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS HERE, GET YOUR PORTRAITS DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY DONT LIKE WHEN YOU LEAVE HONEST REVIEWS!!

Jc Penny!! Omg our pictures came out so beautiful. Clean environment, elegant backgrounds which were wrinkle free! Our session and photo selections took approximately 30 minutes. We didn't have to be stop to let people take passport pictures or people passing back and forward!
HOSTILE because I ask nicely if they could lower the music, that made me hostile . I took a selfie away from your backdrops and i had great interactions with the customers who by the way, complimented my look several times as i complimented them! So now you want to slander my Character Thanks this will be added to my complaint!
You guys did me a huge favor. I got better quality pictures at Jc penny

I wasn't happy with the edits when I went there yesterday for my son's second birthday photos. If that's the case, I'll keep the originals, therefore I think the person editing them requires more experience. The backgrounds of cute pictures should be updated. I'll look for another location to take new photos for his second birthday.

I took pictures here before they look so good I ordered all my pictures..but last week I went to took birthday pictures and I was cheated real bad . The bathroom was so hot I was seating like a pig .backgrounds need to upgrade the place is disorganized there's no one to help fix you my pictures was just spoiled because I take good pictures I need
a retake of my pictures I don't think the photographer know what he's doing.

Great place! I went for a passport photo. Really busy place but staff is Soo efficient and professional... I paid, had my photo taken, printed and in my hand in less than 30 minutes. The pictures came out great. They also have great prices and convenient have hours. Please check them out of all you photo needs.

Just had my daughter 1st bday photos taken. I could not have asked for a better experience. The photos came out great, the staff made sure we were positioned correctly for each photo, and they are very professional. Highly recommend!!!

The photographer that worked with my son was awesome. He took his time and took different poses and added different things in the background. The only thing I would suggest is for the company to learn to pick up the phone.
