From the moment we met Danny, we knew he was "the one." We wanted a photographer who could capture our personalities in a wedding series where candids outweighed posed photos, and he did just that. Danny and his team made our wedding shoot seamless and fun, and clearly understood how to capture the perfect NYC moment without it being too cliche. Planning a wedding is tough, which is why my husband and I kept putting it off. So many choices! Eventually we decided to bite the bullet, and one of the first people we hired was Danny. He had photographed my sister's wedding, and the photos that he took really captured her joy. She looked SO happy and beautiful in her photos, which of course make me emotional every time I look at them. Also, he was so upbeat and easy-going at her wedding, so I knew that I wanted him at mine.

Every step of working with Danny was easy and fun. Leading up to the wedding, we of course had no idea what we were doing, and he guided us with patience and wonderful energy. On the wedding day, Danny and the second photographer John were just amazing to work with. During the portrait session, Danny made everything so easy and fun for us; we both felt so comfortable with him. It was nice that we didn't have to come up with any ideas or force anything; he just kept giving us very easy and fun directions, and it was a breeze!

For a majority of the wedding, I hardly even remember being photographed. I was able to be in the moment of the day and was never distracted by photographers running around. (I'm really glad that Danny and John weren't intrusive because I've heard some horror stories.)

While Trey and I were on our honeymoon, we got a sneak peek of the photos, and I just remember staring, thinking "Is this really us? How do we look so amazing?" Haha. We were blown away!

Once we got the full gallery, we were both so so so happy with the photos. Danny and John captured so many incredible moments and such beautiful portraits. It's kinda crazy because like I said, I hardly remember him being up in our faces (he wasn't), and yet somehow he captured such authentic photos of so many meaningful moments of our wedding. Every time I look at the photos, I'm brought right back to our incredible wedding day, and for that I will forever be grateful!!!

Can't say enough great things about Danny Weiss and his team! We had Danny and John photograph our wedding and they did an amazing job. Because we postponed our wedding due to COVID, we wound up working with Danny for +2 years, and from start to finish he was so helpful. Because we wanted to do a first look/photographs before the ceremony, he was integral in setting up the pre-ceremony schedule with everything planned down to the minute. And he was always willing to hop on the phone whenever we had a question and was super responsive via email. Day-of, he and John were punctual and made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera. They truly are such professionals! Even during the 100-degree day we had, they were calm and led us through everything so patiently.
