I was the client that the previous poor reviews were referring to. I find it funny that their description of the story alone doesn't ring a bell with you, Neil, but that just speaks to the customer service you provide anyway. You didn't take care of it when it happened, so why now? Our daughter's wedding was in November of 2022, not last year. After months and months of reaching out to you, asking where our video was, and after getting basically ghosted, you claimed that I talked too firmly with your young receptionist when she said she'd have you call me. I expressed to her that she had been telling me that for the last 3 times I had called over 2 months, 7 months after the wedding. You decided that was uncalled for and threatened to consider our contract null and void and weren't going to give us anything. Instead, you put a very poor video together with music they didn't choose, with footage that wasn't even the right people, and mailed that off to us along with all the raw footage. It felt very much like a temper tantrum. Anyway, we took that footage to a professional who created the wedding video we deserved. Does it sound familiar now?

Wondering if this company is out of business given that their last good review was more than a year ago… I wouldn’t be surprised. It took more than 6 months for my friend to receive her RAW FOOTAGE for her wedding video. What did she pay for? She had to take the footage to another creator to get the job done and no refund was issued. Front Room Studios, please make this right.

My friend waited for her video footage for 7+ months then they gave her a half done wedding video. Do not recommend using them. Stay clear!

We hired Front Room to do senior photos for my teenage son. He didn’t really want pictures, (we wanted them). The Front Room team sensed this and set us up with a mini session and chose a really cool location that he loved. The experience was great and we have creative, high-quality photos.

One daughter had wedding photos taken by two Front Room employees 16 years ago. She's highly pleased with the result.
This year, I called for copies, a wild shot. They tried to find the disc and were so generous with their time in trying to accommodate my request.
Another daughter is preparing to marry. I have highly recommended Front Room to them.
