Mr Earl where do i start people need to know this man secretary i went there pay them 10 dollar to change the address i file for both parents my mom and dad i pay the 10 to change the address both Mr Earl and him secretary sit and Dont change the address USCIS said they never change no address i bring the lette to Mr Earl that was sent to my old address for Biometric Mr Earl keep lying to me telling me he gonna deal with it and all now and it had a deadline but he refuse to fix it so am suppose to waste all my all earn money for Mr Earl no way for him to fix it i had a deadline and him make it pass everytime i go there him keep acting like he Dont know what am talking about i am gonna contact the Better Business Bureau on him Am not standing the loss when u giuys never did a good job because of not doing a good job you know exactly what ur doing it was my first time using his service and it was my worst experience ever

Fraud.... no customer service girls who work there are rude they hang up on you after they get your money he stole my money. I am trusted these people with a time-sensitive manner and they fail me completely. Lost my paperwork. Earl doesn't answer the phone or text he doesn't call back and you have to pay him in cash so it leaves no Money Records. These are the most incompetent set of crooks I have ever met save your time and your money go somewhere safe they are not safe their reviews are lies

I had to made an appointment to come here. My appointment is 10:30. It’s now 12:12 and I’m still waiting. One girl seeing clients and answering phones calls. She’s extremely RUDE. Extremely. She’s here telling someone on the phone that they’re asking STUPID QUESTIONS…. I and the same experience with her. Her attitude is beyond stink. She own this place.
Her language is unprofessional to say the least.

I have used them a few times and they delivered.
I got through with every thing I went for and I knew people who got through too..
However I also think he is very abrupt and disrespectful at times, I don't know if that's his personality but I don't like it.
However he knows his job very well and he is a honest man..I personally think he is great at what he does..
