If you have a newborn or an infant and you're wanting to get their photos done to commemorate their first Christmas, I would HIGHLY recommend setting up an appointment with Kim from the arrowhead JCP location. It was really important to me that I get good photos of my little one for his first christmas and she was so amazing and patient with us. She made sure to get as many pics as my LO would allow and I couldn't be happier. She also did his newborn photos and was just as amazing then. She will work with you to get the shots you want but she also has great ideas for what will work best with your outfits and style. I LOVE my pics and I can't wait to work with her again in the future! Thank you so much Kim!!

Got some silly “awkward family photo” style pics with me and my coworkers and we had SO MUCH FUN. The pics turned out so good- Savannah, our photographer, was a gem and caught the vibe immediately. She deserves a raise, we loved her and I’ve been raving about my experience to anyone who’ll listen.

I brought both my dog and cat in to get portraits done of them. I saw Shelby and Kaiya for these portraits. They were both amazing! You can tell they really enjoy their jobs and loved to be around my fur babies. I greatly appreciate them for giving me theses memories of my kiddos. I would 100% recommend both Kaiya and Shelby + this JCPenny's Portraits!!

I usually go to the one in Goodyear. Which I should've just did. Instead we came to this one because we moved and this was closer. The front desk lady who had an accent, I don't remember her name was so every kind to us with checking in and helping pick backgrounds. She was also kid helping us check out and pay. However the photographer I believe her name is Shelby seemed annoyed not really friendly. I had a toddler and 9 month old but she seemed annoyed with them..again they are kids. Also we bought the digital package however I feel like some photos she we went over with us and we looked at while there we didn't get. I actually I know for a fact they didn't. Because when we went over the photos I did a small video so I knew what all I was getting. However when I received the digitals they were not there. Scam.

We just had our pictures done by Kylie and she was so sweet. She made sure to get the best poses and angles. She took her time and made us feel super comfortable. Definitely recommend!

The wonderful photographers at this location really take their time with you. I have two small children and photographing them is not easy but the always make it work even when my daughter wouldn't stop crying they managed to get some beautiful photos of her smiling and laughing! I always go to this studio! If you want good photos, make sure you come here!

Went back again a year later and they again did an amazing job! They have the most amazing photographer there. She really takes the time to make sure the picture is right even with small children who are very uncooperative. We got the most amazing photos this time and I couldn't be happier. Shout out to the amazing manager and our photographer Devin (hope I spelt that right). Yall have helped me to have the most beautiful photos of my family to fill our house for years to come ^_^ Thank you again!

I've taken my family for the past 4-5 years to the arrowhead location. Super pleased and I'm very picky. Normally get background changes, and bring a billion people with us. So I would say we are kinda a challenge for them. Each time they have been super patient with us. Since we normally go for my daughter's birthday pictures. They know her by name and she is really favored as she behaves and posses well.

Last photo shoot I brought 5 kids ages 2-7 lol super fun times. But they managed to get some super great shots.

Can't wait till our next session.
