I gave it some time before I posted anything. However, I scheduled and paid for my seniors session for 9/7.. I got a call the day before (9/6) that his appt was cancelled due to “extreme heat.” That was fine as the young girl said, “just text us a new date that works for you and we’ll work with you since this is our fault for rescheduling.” Since then… I have attempted to call them several times and left messages with no return call. I have sent several text messages with no response. The only response I have received was 9/19 referring me back to the website.

I sent another text on 11/1 with another date in December hoping to make it easier for them and secure a date for my son’s PAID for senior pictures… no response. So I called on the next business day… no answer.. I left a message… no return call.

I sent another text on 11/4 expressing my frustration and asking for a confirmation, return call, or refund… STILL NOTHING. This is driving me wild. So… it’s been almost 4 months and I thought I’d share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration… they’re quick to keep my money though. Buyer beware.

As will the others, left messages, emailed, no answer. Allowed me to schedule an in studio appointment well after our high school cutoff that I had to cancel. Now I can't even get one picture of my child's senior portrait done on campus that I paid for. I have no senior portrait. Zero stars.

Have been calling and leaving messages for weeks, but no response on the status of my daughter's senior portraits. Graduation is quickly approaching and still have no pictures to send out.

Amazing!

First time I stepped foot in the door, I was skeptical. In my head I was thinking stuffy studio, plain pictures and was not looking forward to it.

However, once I actually got inside, it felt as though I was in a different place. The studio is open, airy, clean and the staff was so professional!
They took the time to explain every shot with my daughter, they were encouraging and really brought out the beauty that my daughter was to shy to show.
We have since scheduled 3 photo shoots and each time, the location that they choose has been phenomenal! They bring out my daughters beauty and confidence each time.
There is not one thing that I don’t like. The communication has been on point. The professional demeanor of each person there is outstanding but most of all the quality is 100%.

Great: Web site is easy to use. Schedule you're appointment and make a payment right online.
Good: Calling to reschedule was simple
Bad: can not reschedule online
Worst: No complaints yet, will update once we go in for photo shoot.

The owners and his sons are extremely helpful and polite. They do absolutely stunning photography. The quality is beautiful. I have done graduation packages with them and the quality always exceeds my expectations. I recommend them to everyone.

Great pics for a family of 7 including 2 baby twins! Very patient and fit us in with little notice. Plan on coming here every year for Christmas photos and grad pics as the kids grow up. We got a canvas picture that is the focal point in my living room. Check them out!

Took some great photos. They said they would contact us to pick up their photos but they never did. So we called and they said they were ready and that it was our responsibility to contact them and ask if the pictures were ready. Overall good pictures and a good price.
