Ordered, paid and have not received my order since September 2024!
I have followed up 3 times via email regarding my order and have to received a reply or an order in the mail! Horrible service.
I am not sure why our school/district hired this company over Lifetouch. We NEVER had issues with Lifetouch.
This could be the first year I don’t have school pictures of my children in 8 years!
Still waiting for my order…. I will update if I receive it or not.

I have no idea how this company is in business. For starters, they don't take good photos, which is arguably the most important thing to get right as a photography company. Next, the website and ordering process are a nightmare, but at least we no longer have to pre-pay for photos that are usually terrible. Last, they're incapable of fulfilling orders correctly. My daughter's photos were first delivered to the wrong school which caused a week delay in receiving them, then the order was missing an item (we only ordered 3 items). It's struly astonishing that this company somehow retains photo contracts when they fail at every step of the business process. I will never order from these people again. For schools looking for a photo company - you've been warned.

I've been using this company for at least six years for my kids school photographs. I have found their communications, and website to be consistently lacking. It's difficult to even find the photos of your kids, and their pricing structure is super confusing, very expensive, and in my opinion exploitative. The quality of the printed and digital images has not been of sufficient quality compared to the price paid and all the photos in recent years are fuzzy and soft focus despite the digital image having a large file size. I'm not sure if they edit in low-rez and then enlarge the image, or if everything gets some kind of soft focus filter, but the photos I take with my smartphone come out sharper than their portraits do. To only get the digital images costs at least $25 per image before tax is added. While I continue to pay them for their products, I really think they need to significantly increase the ease of access, and improve the quality of their product to earn my business. I feel like they are taking advantage of the monopoly they have by being the only company who takes pictures at my children's school.

I don't know how to say this politely but these photographers are absolute garbage. Without fail, my child has looked miserable in every photo this company has taken.

You know I always purchase pictures from this company not only do they take very LONG there is absolutely no accommodation or any regard to their customers at all I'm not happy w my son's picture so I ask if I can re order SAME size just different pose & background I cannot take them to the school they MUST be mailed 1st THEN after they received the returned pictures I mailed to them then they will start to do the order for the new pose) background I am requesting . If I don't get the pictures that I PAID for once I mail the ones I didn't like I will be beyond upset & NEVER EVER order pictures at all from this company! I put up with the long waits I understand sometimes things don't go as planned I have loved the pictures I purchased in the past but now I know it doesn't matter if I'm a loyal customer there is absolutely no accommodation here at all I'll think about changing my review once I received my actual pictures that I'm requesting now.

Zero stars. I tried to give this place a second chance, but they keep proving that this is a terribly place to order school pictures from. Last year I paid for a digital CD and when I received it my son was crying in his photo. This was my sons second time taking a school photo but it was the first time with this company. I was absolutely upset. They did not give me an option to view these photos before purchase. We have to purchase before the pictures are taken. I asked for a refund but of course the lady at the desk was giving me a hard time. She also gave my husband a hard time and attitude when he went into their office to return the CD I purchased so I can get my refund.
This year I purchased pictures thinking I would have a different experience, but pictures are taking way too long to be delivered. I ordered in September 2023 and now we’re going into November 2023. How is this place still in business?

The one star is ONLY for how they handled the situation. Which was still less than satisfactory. I just received the photos taken of my special needs child, and I’m not sure if this photographer was new, thought encouraging a melt down was funny or simply thought sending a horrific picture to a parent was funny. I really don’t care what their deal is, but you are a PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY!!! You have a completely digital set up, YOU KNOW WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE AFTER YOU TAKE IT!!!! The fact that I was sent a photo of my child practically in tears is the most unprofessional and horrifying thing I have seen from a photography company. Shame on the photographer; you should be fired, I know this isn’t the first time you’ve done this. Shame on School Portraits by Adams, TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO DEAL WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN and mostly Shame on you for allowing a picture like this to be sent to a parent. I am completely mortified - and all they could tell me was, we’ll refund you… I asked for them to retake her photos at their studio and was told they have don’t one… Then was told maybe the school has Spring photos. Thankfully they do or it’ I’d be stuck with no photos of her first grade year.

Oh and the icing on the cake, I paid for extra wallets and didn’t receive those either. So you sent me bad pictures and tried to steal my money?!?! Needless to say I’m never buying another package from them. I’ll find a photography studio that can do it for me.
