My wife and I booked a photo shoot for our wedding anniversary in the fall. And we were very satisfied.
Florian was technically well prepared for the job: a professional camera, a set of lenses for different light effects, a mobile tripod with lighting. Everything looked compact, neat and handy.
If we talk about human qualities Florian, he is honest, decent, responsive. He was somewhat late with us, going beyond the agreed time, without asking for more money.
Florian was always polite. During the walk, he tactfully and gently offered us photos already taken and ideas for the next ones to consider, listening carefully to our desires and sometimes adjusting them to get a better result. Not once was I heard from him rudeness or words that devalued our experience. Despite my poor knowledge of a foreign language, Florian did not make out that there was a problem.
Speaking of customer attitude, it is safe to say that we felt comfortable and accommodating from the very beginning of our interaction. From the moment you wrote a request for a photo shoot, there was no feeling that you were forgotten about. Immediately there was an automatic notification that the email had been delivered and we would be responded to shortly. This may seem like a small thing to someone in 2022, but I can say with confidence that it's noteworthy.

Florian prepared for the meeting itself, in my opinion, thoroughly as well. He made sure that everyone had at least one bottle of water. Free of charge. And also, if I'm not mistaken, a blanket in case anyone got cold.
Florian spelled out some of his actions out loud, so we would understand what was going on and know what to expect. He has an unobtrusive sense of humor that brightened up our anniversary.
