Hired Nikk after swooning over a friend’s wedding photos that he did the year before. I had an unfortunate family illness that left us canceling our ceremony with only about a week notice. Nikk was super gracious and allowed me to reschedule for the following year when everyone was in better health. He was prompt, courteous, laid back and produced so many gorgeous photo memories. I cannot even begin to articulate how much I recommend working with Nikk, Let's first start with the quality of the pictures he took at my wedding (I have attached a few)... Nikk had the ability of keeping true to his style while ensuring that every single photo of me was flattering. I do not think it would have been possible to feel more beautiful in the photos he took. He truly captured personalities and fast moving moments beautifully.

Working with Nikk made him my favorite vendor at my wedding. His calm and comforting energy made me feel completely at ease. I never felt awkward with his camera pointing at me (which was a surprise for me and my husband because we real awkward). He had some phenomenal strategies to get some genuine reactions for me and my husband. He was great to work with pre- and post-wedding as well! Incredibly sweet and genuine <3 The day after our wedding (which is a pretty emotional day since you are exhausted), Nikk sent us a teaser video with a handful of photos and a gorgeous song playing in the background. One of my favorite memories will be my husband and I opening that video and starting to ball the moment the music started. We were so delirious and exhausted and the video was an absolutely beautiful reminder of what our wedding was all about. Seriously though, book him. You need pictures? Don't question, quit looking around at other photographers. Nikk is your man and you will be missing out if you go with anyone else. 100% recommend in every way.

From the beginning of our wedding planning journey, we knew that we were looking for a photographer that could capture the beauty of the day in a casual and fun manner. As non-traditional wedding advocates we were keen to avoid too many stuffy staged photos and Nikk’s unobtrusive photojournalism style was a perfect fit for our outdoor barn and brewery celebration. Nikk was super professional and responsive throughout the planning process and we received our full gallery of edited photos back within exactly a month’s time. He has a great aesthetic eye, and we love that our photos have a really unique visual look. Nikk also has a ton of sample shoots on his website so you can get a really comprehensive understanding of his photography style. Ultimately, working with Nikk was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier to have worked with Nikk for our wedding. Seriously, this guy is an absolute monster behind the camera, while also being extremely professional and easy to work with. My wife and I both are not the types who love to have our photos taken – we both tend to stiffen up and pose unnaturally, but Nikk made us feel incredibly comfortable while also making us look way cooler than we actually are. Everybody tells us we look like we belong in a magazine – it’s absolutely wild. His eye for capturing unique moments is amazing, and he gave us the perfect balance of moments throughout the evening that are intimate, candid, and posed – all of which are incredible. All of his shots feel cohesive together, and looking through our entire library actually feels like I’m following a narrative and reliving our wedding as if we were in the eyes of one of our guests. After our virtual meeting, we felt completely comfortable giving Nikk the freedom to join us and capture everything he wanted, while also capturing a healthy list of things we absolutely wanted. Nikk went above and beyond to capture everything we wanted, and then gave us way more than we ever thought we could need, all the while being very timely and professional. I’d recommend Nikk to absolutely anybody — it’s hard to express just how stoked we are with his work.
