These guys are amazing!!! Brought my son for his senior picture session and they instantly welcomed us in and made us feel at home. They made sure my son’s attire were straight and on point and looking “sharp”. The gentleman assisted with my son’s tie and the lady treated him like her own son and made sure his hair and all was good. Everyone was so nice and fun. I can’t wait for my son’s pictures to be out. If anyone is looking for a professional to take your pics this place is 10/10 recommend. I will for sure be back!!

This has been such an amazing experience for my son today. He had the best team - Stacey and Danny - to work with him to take his senior pictures. I was almost in tears from the beginning of the session till the end. I am so grateful! My son has a lot of hair but they worked with him to make sure that his cap for him perfectly. Thank you

I am not sure why the school chose this company to take school photos when the other company last year was much better. My son was so excited to take the photos, and I was excited to see them. He said, they were so fast he was not sure if he had time to smile. They are so pricey for what little you get. I was emailed four photos of my son (as if they were different poses) they are the same two poses just zoomed out. Then most the packages to purchase are of one pose only. So, I’m not sure why I need so many school photos of the same pose. I haven’t received the photos yet ,by the other reviews looks like I might not receive them at all. I really shouldn’t have wasted my money with this company and just had them done somewhere else or a freelance person. I am going to be very mad when I receive the photos and they are crap quality. Again, I really wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing anything.

This is possibly the worst photo agency I’ve ever seen a school use. Their photographers are not skilled whatsoever. The poses they had my son do look so awkward and unnatural. I haven’t seen the photos in person yet, but the ones I saw on the phone looked awful- lighting was off, the angle they chose was terrible, the quality is poor. The backgrounds they offer are ridiculous. The ordering process was difficult- their platform is hard to navigate and the customization process makes no sense. I quite literally do not know what I ordered because of how difficult it was to select the photos. They need new developers to fix their website and make it easier to choose your photos. It’s clear that the school was trying to save money by hiring a low level company with people who don’t know what they’re doing.

Astronomical prices. The most
Expensive I have ever seen. And what’s unfortunate is they basically get to hold your kids photos hostage. If you have more than 1 kid in school and want multiple prints be prepared to cough up serious cash. They have a package in their website to “download up to 5 images” for 105 bucks! But they won’t let you mix and match your kids. Instead you have to pay for 2 separate packages and pay double the price. The photos are nice but it doesn’t matter how nice they are if you can’t afford to pay for them!

My daughter goes to slam and today was picture day. She wears glasses and in the past that has not been a problem untill today. The person that set her up to take the picture told her to put her head down and her glasses came down and the rim of the glasses are covering her eyes. The picture is horrible. And also why is there a line of kids with and without glasses should they ask the kids if they would like to take off the glasses for a better picture. This picture will be in the yearbook and my daughter she not happy with the outcome. Question to the photo guy can the picture be retaken? Thank you.

This place is a joke ! Please listen to the reviews. I have been contacting them for 3 weeks now trying to get my son’s pictures for Spring.

Every time I call they tell me that the photos are in transit but I am not receiving any tracking information or anything.

Not to mention my son’s graduation pictures for Kindergarten came already and they are horrendous, my son had something black on the side of his face. Possibly a sharpie or marker or even paint. But why not, tell the teacher so that he can go to the restroom and at least wash his face ! That’s money down the drain because I refuse to hand out those horrific pictures !

Now back to the Spring pictures, why haven’t I received them and I have called more than 3 times and given different information and instructions all three times ? If like being a single parent isn’t enough stress now I have to worry about my son’s pictures not coming in and more money wasted !

Don’t respond to me unless my pictures are sent ASAP to my home. Nevada Rise Academy needs to choose a different company ASAP !!!!

Let’s start off with my family walking into the studio and were greeted by a group of employees welcoming us with smiles and laughter. “Kev” was so energetic and funny and amazing!! Can’t forget the amazing photographers Conrad and Breeze! Everyone there was helpful and patient. My daughter’s Bishop Gorman photos came out beautiful! Thanks again “The Photo Guys” staff.
