LaVance took our holiday photos. Prior to the appointment he was in contact to discuss my vision and the expectations. The fat of the appointment, he arrived early and set everything up. We haven’t taken family photos in years and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Not only was the experience on that day exceptional, LaVance provided the digital photos within a couple of days, much faster than I would have expected. The photos were amazing and there were so many images to choose from. I was able to create a beautiful Christmas card that everyone raved over. I was very excited to use this service for a sort of glamour shots for my wife on our anniversary in 2022. I reached out a few days before the anniversary to inquire about their packages and get a better understanding if I was able to get a gift certificate and do a customized package.

Called and emailed but never got someone to pick up and answer and didn't get a reply on my email. I went ahead and decided to take my wife there thinking it was an open door. After arriving, we found the door locked and a message saying that it was by appointment only.

I was definitely disappointed that I couldn't give my wife this gift as it sounds like a wonderful idea. Not sure what else I was supposed to do. I am happy and jealous of everyone that had such great experiences. Maybe I will try again in the future or if the business has a change. It really sounds like a great experience for folks.
