Wow, will most definitely be coming back. Came in to see if they could look at a problem with the lever on my film camera. I ended up leaving it with them and within 3 hours they called and said it was good to go. Fantastic customer service, very kind employees, and ultimately a very reliable business. Very much so the tried and true representation of small business ethics in a big city. Would highly recommend!

staff were awesome here they were above and beyond to help my wife and I with all our camera and lens questions. they really helped break down details and functions. would recommend anyone to come here who is looking be more serious about photography. Kyle who helped us was awesome.

It was a great camera shop for camera enthusiast like me. I didn't have a budget to purchase new gear but went there to try out and test new cameras. Caleb was really hood and friendly and he let me try out every cameras and lens even they were really expensive. I stayed there 2 hours trying different cameras from Sony, Nikon, Canon, Fujifilm. I found this shop and Caleb and his friend to be friendly qnd had hreat customer service. Sorry I didn't buy any gear since I am student and didn't had much to purchase it?. Would love to visit again.

really appreciate the guys at the rental desk! Have never worked with the same person, but the service is consistent and am never made to feel my questions about unfamiliar gear are dumb. 5/5 experience every time 🙂

Went in looking for some help from someone who knows a little more about cameras than I do. Was hoping for something a beginner could start off with and learn. The employee helping me was very rude and told me that they can’t help me and to use my phone. He also assumed my price point and told me they didn’t have “anything worth $400” when I never mentioned how much I was willing to spend and was willing to spend much more on something nice quality. There are much better and nicer camera stores around that actually want to sell you a product. Eventually found one I liked while in store but will be purchasing it somewhere else.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while. I called to see if a repair was possible for my camera before driving the 20 minutes to the shop, and was immediately laughed at when I mentioned my problem and was told "yeah it's toast". Really disappointing because this place came highly recommended. I feel like it's not too much to ask for basic empathy? One star because I had the sense to call ahead and was told there was nothing they could do. Wouldn't go back or consider using their services again, do better.

Great service! I had a cracked and deformed filter on my lens that I couldn’t get off no matter how hard I tried. The people at West Photo know what they’re doing and managed to remove it in seconds. They had a replacement filter in stock, so I walked out of there a very happy customer.

Always a wonderful experience far better than other camera stores. They make sure you get what you need for a fair price and aren’t judgmental about your knowledge/skill level. Employees are very knowledgeable.
